BOOTY BARRE & SCULPT

Join us for this all levels class that targets both your upper & lower body using a Ballet Barre, light hand weights, yoga blocks, stretch bands, & MORE! Target your glutes and legs with exercises designed specifically to help you sculpt a firm, lifted backside, light hand weights to build the lean, sexy legs of a dancer with this challenging barre routine that also strengthens and sculpts your upper body.

Combining dance cardio with interval training will have you slaying & sweating an EPIC workout within an empowered community of women! This FUN & sexy adult dance class is an hour packed full of sweaty, good vibes and sisterly love. Half way through we will bust out the FIERCENESS with interval training using weights, steps, boxing gloves, & MORE! Challenge yourself. Get out of your comfort zone, & move it with your whole crew!
