FIERCE FITNESS:
Combining dance cardio with interval training will have you slaying & sweating an EPIC workout within an empowered community of women! This FUN & sexy adult dance class is an hour packed full of sweaty, good vibes and sisterly love. Half way through we will bust out the FIERCENESS with interval training using weights, steps, boxing gloves, & MORE! Challenge yourself. Get out of your comfort zone, & move it with your whole crew! Having fun and letting loose is actually really good for your health and overall well-being. Happiness and laughter decrease stress levels and boost your immunity. So, keep smiling while you sweat and shake it, shake it — our sexy dance classes can help reshape your body, refresh your mind, and invigorate your spirit.
