After 14 years of studying Lyrical, Modern, & hip hop at a local Dance School, Renee spent 3 of the following years studying Hip Hop Dance & Fitness with world-famous Beach Body Instructor, Shaun T (Insanity & Hip Hop Abs) at Tricia Sloan Dance Center in Wenonah, NJ. She has also studied Modern Dance I & II at Camden County Community College. She is the founder/operator of Hip Hop & Groovy Dance & Island Groove Dance Studio.

Krysti has been dancing for 24 years. In those years, she also partook in a traveling competitive dance team, show choir, & cheerleading team. Krysti has studied all genres of dance and has worked with Choreographers for Britney Spears, Missy Elliott, & Michael Jackson. She is certified in group fitness, La Barre, & Gymnastics.

Kara has an eclectic movement style with roots in contemporary-modern, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, flow arts, hula-hoop, and pom-dance-team technique. She prides herself on dare to be different. Her unique passion for movement and choreography has garnered awards far and wide. Her past projects include Hair Wars, American Beauty Show, B96 Bash, Soulja Boy, Buku Art and Music Festival, Fantasy Fest Flash Mob hosted at The Green Parrot in Key West, FL.

Kristin’s dance education began in the vibrant dance community of Orlando, Florida, where she trained at multiple studios, honing her skills and deepening her love for the art. When teaching dance, Kristin imparts her extensive knowledge to students of all ages, finding immense joy in witnessing their growth and passion. She is inspired by the moment young dancers realize their potential and is committed to fostering their development through dedication and encouragement.

From an early age, Sofia found a passion for dance. She had the privilege to study in academies like Waldo’s School for the Performing Arts and work as a choreographer for musicals as well as events. Throughout college she joined the dance team and completed her studies as an Interior Designer with a minor in Dance. With training in various styles like jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary, musical theater and hip hop Sofia has continued to expand her dance journey by teaching young dancers.

Mackenzie has been dancing and performing for over 16 years. She has trained extensively in Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical and Contemporary. She started competing at the Age 7 until she graduated in 2018. Her dance studies and commitment have taken her throughout Washington, Oregon and California. Before she started as an instructor at IGD, Mackenzie served as a teacher's assistant, co-teacher, and comp. team assistant for several years.
