Our Summer Pre-Season Program is a great way to keep your dancer on track, engaged, and socialized this Summer!
When a dancer takes an extended break from dancing over the Summer, they lose a lot of the great techniques they worked so hard to build up over the previous school year! This makes it hard for them to “jump back in” to dancing once the Fall Season begins. Your dancer needs time to get back to their initial level of fitness! Our Pre-Season Program is designed to help your dancer maintain their strength, endurance, and grace for the upcoming season.
Come dance with us this summer and learn fun ways to creatively move, engage in across the floor progressions, and so much more! We make use of yoga blocks, thera-bands, and other tools to help build strength and flexibility for your dancer, as well as training on basic dance fundamentals and some fun choreography! We provide a relaxed atmosphere to let loose and just dance! All are welcome to join us!
