Contemporary / Lyrical:
This expressive class blends strong technical training with emotional connection and artistic movement. Dancers will focus on fluidity, control, strength, flexibility, balance, transitions, and musical interpretation while learning how to tell a story through movement. Rooted in technique and performance quality, this class encourages dancers to become more connected, expressive, and confident artists while continuing to grow in versatility and control.
